CIV. P. 30(d)(3), if warranted. The court DENIES Hankooks motion to compel plaintiffs to answer Hankooks Fourth Set of Discovery Requests because they have asserted their privilege against self-incrimination, and the information sought is irrelevant and is not reasonably calculated to lead to admissible evidence.
