ORDER denying 218 Defendant Lam Research Corporation's Renewed Motion for Judgment and denying 219 Motion for New Trial; granting in part and denying in part 212 Lam's Motion to Amend the Clerk's Judgment. The Clerk's Judgme nt, 211 , will be amended; The parties shall confer on the amount of interest that is due to Lam for past-due payments under the plan established in the 2004 agreement up to the time of judgment.
