ORDER that Defendant Trustee Corps' 6 motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b) (6) is granted. Defendant Wells Fargo's 7 motion to dismiss under Rule 8 is granted. Plaintiff's complaint (Doc. 1) is dismissed without prejudice, but claims related to the show me the note theory, the confession of judgment theory, and the vapor money theory are dismissed with prejudice and may not be reasserted in an amended complaint. Plaintiff's 14 , 15 , motions to strike are denied. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint by February 1, 2013.
