Intel's Daubert 145 motion to exclude opinions of Dr. Garcia is granted. Dr. Garcia is precluded from offering his causation opinion s and his prognosis opinion that Alsadi is at risk for lung disease and may need a lung transplant in the future. Intel's 146 Daubert motion to exclude opinions of Dr. Landers is granted in part and denied in part. Dr. Landers is precl uded from offering his causation opinion, but may testify regarding his diagnosis of RADS and Alsadi's prognosis. Intel's 147 Daubert motion to exclude the opinions of Dr. Johnson-Arbor is granted. Intel's 163 Daubert motion to exclude the opinions of Greg Gerganoff is denied. Plaintiffs' 200 motion to strike Intel's untimely sixth supplemental disclosure statement under Rule 37(c)(1) is denied because the motion is not proper under Local Rule 7.2(m). The other motions to strike (Docs. [154-55], 159 - 161 , 167 , [187) are denied. Intel's 183 motion for summary judgment is denied in part as set forth above. The parties shall simultaneously file memoranda, not to exceed seven pages in length, addressing the causation and damages issues described above by October 14, 2019.
