ORDER granting 60 joint motion for approval of settlement agreement and dismissing with prejudice this matter. The release set forth in the Settlement Agreement shall apply to the named 16 Alternate Teaching Parents and the five Specialized Teachi ng Parents in this matter. The Court retains complete jurisdiction for 30 days to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement, as necessary, and to vacate this Order and to reopen the action if it is satisfactorily shown that settlement has not been completed and further litigation is necessary.
