Filing 23 JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO ENTRY OF DEFAULT by Judge John F. Walter that this Judgment shall be and is hereby entered in the within action as follows: The Defendant and his agents, servants, employees and all persons in active concert and participation wit h him who receive actual notice of the injunction are hereby restrained and enjoined. Defendant is ordered to pay damages to Sanrio in the sum of $50,000.00. Defendant is ordered to pay damages to DC Comics inthe sum of $50,000.00. Defendan ts are ordered to pay damages to DEI in the sum of $725,000.00. As Plaintiffs are the prevailing party, Defendant is ordered to pay attorneys' fees, pursuant to 17 USC 505 and Local Rule 55-3, in the sum of $20,100.00. Defendant is ordered to pay interest on the principal amount of the judgment to Plaintiffs pursuant to 28 USC section 1961(a). (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (jp) |
