ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART PLAINTIFFS MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND JUDGMENT by Judge Stephen V. Wilson, The Court therefore GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment. Specifically, the Court VACATES the arbitration award because the Labor Management Committee manifestly disregarded the law in determining that Plaintiffs statutory claims were arbitrable.
