CONSENT DECREE OF CONDEMNATION, DESTRUCTION, AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge Percy Anderson: ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows: The seized Articles are condemned pursuant to 21 U.S.C. Section 334(a) and forfeited to the United States. Claim ant Rosefield Management, Inc. shall pay to the United States all court costs and fees, storage, and other proper expenses, including the cost of destroying the condemned Articles, and such further costs for which it is liable pursuant to 21 U.S.C. S ection 334(e). Within five business days after the entry of this Decree, Claimant shall execute and file with the Clerk of this Court a penal bond in the amount of $10,000 and payable to the United States of America, to be applied to Lot 1 (as described in Subpart A of Paragraph 10 of this Decree) and held for application to succeeding Lots (as described in Subparts B-C of Paragraph 10 of this Decree).
