Specifically, the Court GRANTS defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's Title VI claim, insofar as it is a sserted against Wooding. The Court DENIES the motion to dismiss the Title VI claim, insofar as it is asserted against CSUF. The Court GRANTS defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's section 1981 claim, insofar as it is asserted against C SUF. However, the Court DENIES the motion to dismiss the section 1981 claim, insofar as is asserted against Wooding. Lastly, the Court DENIES the motion to dismiss plaintiff's section 1983 claim asserted against Wooding, and DENIES the request to strike plaintiff's claim for punitive damages against Wooding.
