ORDER Denying Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and Dismissing Case Without Prejudice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a) 2 . Plaintiff is Granted an additional forty-five (45) days from the date of this Order to either: (1) pay the entire $400 statutory and administrative filing fee, or (2) file a new Motion to Proceed IFP, which includes a certified copy of his trust account statement for the 6-month period preceding the filing of his Complaint. If Plaintiff neither pays the $400 filing fee in full nor sufficiently completes and files the attached Motion to Proceed IFP, this civil action will remained dismissed without prejudice and without further action by the Court.
