Plaintiff Liaosheng Zhang alleges that Defendants Boeing Company, Amazon Global Resources, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation never hired him. Plaintiff contends that Defendants prefers to
hire H1B foreign workers who are much younger and present less medical liabilities to the companies, even though Plaintiff is a qualified U.S. worker.
