IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the U.S. Marshals Service shall serve a copy of the complain t, waiver of service form and/or the summons, and this order upon the defendants. IT IS ORDERED that the remaining defendants shall file a responsive pleading. IT IS ORDERED that the 4 Motion to Appoint Counsel is DENIED.
