Plaintiff's claims against Leach and DRI are hereby transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The Clerk is directed to transfer the claims asserted against Leach and DRI, only, to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for all further proceedings. As all claims in this action have been transferred to other district courts, the Clerk is directed to terminate all deadlines and close this case.
