ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Plaintiff's 10 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendant's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. DCPS shall comply with Pl aintiff's request for a re-evaluation in a timely fashion and without undue delay. DCPS shall convene an IEP meeting no later than 15 days after receive of the reevaluation. This matter is REMANDED to the Hearing Officer to develop the record to determine what, if any, compensatory education would be appropriate to ameliorate the denial of a FAPE.
