Filing 93 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated in this Memorandum Opinion and Order, Plaintiff's motion for costs and attorney's fees 90 is hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff may recover those "costs" p roperly taxable under EAJA and Rule 54(d), but may not recover attorney's fees and other expenses. Plaintiff may file a bill of costs on or before April 29, 2016, with the Clerk of Court. Before doing so, Plaintiff shall confer in good faith with counsel for Defendants in an effort to resolve any remaining disputes regarding taxable costs. See document for details.
