ORDER denying 7 Motion to Dismiss. Because plaintiffs claims for patent infringement are not barred by 28 U.S.C. § 1500, the governments motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is DENIED. The plaintiff shall have until January 20, 2014 to file an amended complaint consistent with this ruling. The parties shall file a joint preliminary status report by February 18, 2014.
