ORDER granting in part and denying in part 87 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Third Amended Complaint. 86 Plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint for Violations of the Federal Securities Law and State Law is dismissed with prejudice to th e extent stated in this Order. On or before 10/30/2015, plaintiffs shall file a fourth amended complaint including only those allegations not foreclosed by this Order.
