Filing 47 ORDER GRANTING in part and DENYING in part 32 Motion for Summary Judgment. The Defendants are entitled to summary judgment on all claims except the Plaintiff's Title VII hostile work environment claim ag ainst Defendant Triad and the Plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. § 1981 hostile work environment claim against Defendants Triad, Blewer, and Throne. Because Defendant Laquiere is entitled to summary judgment on all claims asserted against him, the Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate him as a Defendant in this action.
