(CV 12-00509-SOM-WRP; CV 12-00514-SOM-WRP; CV 13-00135-SOM-RT)The Clerk of Court is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the Hawaii Supreme Court under official seal of the Uni ted States District Court of the District of Hawaii.The parties in each case shall file a joint notice in this court within one week of the Hawaii Supreme Courts decision to accept or reject certification. If the Hawaii Supreme Court accepts the certified question, the parties in each case shall file a joint status report to this court every six months after the date of acceptance, or more frequently if circumstances warrant.
