MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER RE: PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT granting 9 Motion for Default Judgment. given the inability to conclude a sum certain regarding what actual damages have been incurred, that portion of Plaintiffs reques t must be denied. Plaintiffs motion, however, is granted with respect to the statutory damages and an award of attorneys fees and costs.
