This Court affirms the Commissioner's denial of benefits, and therefore DENIE S Brown's Motion for Summary Judgment 17 and GRANTS the Commissioners Motion for Summary Affirmance 22 .In light of the parties' consent, any appeal of this ruling must be made directly to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals within the time period prescribed by the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.
