Filing 38 MINUTE entry before Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr: Status hearing held. Neither Plaintiff nor substitute counsel appears despite the Courts 6/13/2012 order #37 warning Plaintiff of sanctions up to and including dismissal for want of prosecution in the event of nonappearance.In view of that warning, which was mailed to Plaintiff by the Clerk of the Court at Plaintiff's last known address, Defendant's motion to dismiss for want of prosecution #31 is granted. See Harrington v.
