A telephone status hearing was held on today's date with attorneys for both sides. Bench trial of approximately 2-3 days is set for 5/27/2014 at 9:45 AM. Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by both sides regarding the claims subject to the bench trial are to be made by 2/28/2014. Plaintiffs' Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures regarding those same claims are to be made by 3/7/2014, and defendants' Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures are to be made by 4/4/2014.
