Northern Tool is directed to submit the attorneys fees it reasonably incurred in bringing this motion within 14 days. Payne may raise any objections to those fees within 14 days thereafter. The Court will then award the appropriate fees for this motion, along with the fees from Northern Tools previous fee submission, which remains pending.
