March 1, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 36 OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the Order, the DOL's 24 Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED. The Court enters judgment against the Defendants for violating the minimum wage, overtime and recordkeeping requirements of the FLSA. The Defendants are jointly andseverally liable for uncompensated minimum wage and overtime, as well as liquidated damages, totaling $28,954.12 for the time period from 6/30/2012 through 9/20/2014. Further, the Court enters judgment enjoining and restraining Defendants from violating said provisions of the FLSA. Further Five M's 26 motion to strike portions of the declaration of Nancy Alcantara is hereby DENIED and the DOL's 28 motion to strike portions of the affidavit of Neal Guidarelli is hereby GRANTED.
