Filing 29 ENTRY REGARDING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE RESPONSE AND DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS: The Defendants' first Motion to Dismiss (15) is DENIED AS MOOT in light of the amendment of the Plaintiffs' complaint. For the rea sons explained above, the Plaintiffs' motion for leave to file a response is GRANTED and the Clerk is directed to file the Plaintiffs' response (dkt. no. 27-1). The Defendants' second Motion to Dismiss (dkt. no. 25) is GRANTED in its entirety.
