Filing 27 ORDER ADOPTING 23 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - We find that neither of Ms. Green's objections to Magistrate Judge Baker's Report and Recommendation has merit. The severe impairments that existed during the insured period would have allo wed Ms. Green to do the light work required of a florist and there is substantial evidence on the record to support this finding. The Plaintiff's objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation are OVERRULED and we ADOPT the recommendations set forth in the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation. Final judgment shall enter in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff. Signed by Judge Sarah Evans Barker on 3/25/2014. (JD) |
