ORDER - The claims at issue in this action are stayed pending reexamination of the patents-in-suit by the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("PTO"). [Dkts. #1 ; #4 .] Given that the timing of any decision by the PTO is unknown, the Court directs the Clerk to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this action on the Court's docket. Consistent with the Court's Order granting the stay request, [dkt. #4 ], the parties are ORDERED to file any decisions by the PTO on the pending petitions for reexamination within 7 days of receiving those decisions. Either party may move to lift the stay or reopen this case after the PTO decides all of the pending motions for reexamination or at an earlier time if such a motion is supported by good cause.
