Filing 37 ENTRY ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - This cause is before the Court on the 26 motion for summary judgment filed by Defendant Hamilton Center, Inc. The motion is fully briefed and the Court, being duly advised, GRANTS the motion. The Court also GRANTS the Plaintiff's 34 motion to accept his belated opposition to the motion for summary judgment and has considered the Plaintiff's response in making the instant motion.
