MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 31 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court grants summary judgment in favor of Defendant on Plaintiff's FDCPA claims. The Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367, decli nes to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining KCPA claims and Plaintiff's request for a declaratory judgment with respect to the underlying debts, and they are accordingly remanded to Johnson County, Kansas District Court.
