MEMORANDUM OPINION by Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. on 9/29/2010; For the reasons that follow, the Court will dismiss Cox's federal law claims for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and will dismiss her state law claims without prejudice as it declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over those claims.
