MEMORANDUM OPINION by Senior Judge Charles R. Simpson, III re 11 Defendant Ron Hamby's Motion to Dismiss. Because Hamby is not an "employer" as defined by the KCRA, and because Stinson has not asserted any facts to suggest Hamby (as an individual) retaliated against Stinson, the Court will sustain the motion.
