MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Greg N. Stivers on screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs claims against the HCDC, Defendants in their official capacities, Defendant Frizzell, and Defendant Roell for her fai lure to provide free photocopies are DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminate the Hickman County Detention Center and Defendant Frizzell as Defendants in this action. A separate Scheduling Order will govern the development of the continuing claims, i.e., the individual-capacity Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Roell and Rodgers. cc: Plaintiff, pro se; Defendants; Hickman County Atty (SG)
