ORDER & REASONS that Defendant's 7 Motion to Compel Appraisal and to Administratively Close Case Pending Appraisal is GRANTED. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall choose an appraiser pursuant to the terms of the Policy within ten days of the date of this Order and Reasons. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall immediately comply in all other ways with the appraisal process pursuant to the terms of the Policy. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be and is hereby STAYED and CLOSED for administrative purposes pending completion of the appraisal process, without prejudice to the right of Plaintiff to seek to reopen the case by motion, if necessary, upon such completion.
