ORDERED that Defendants' 20 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED inasmuch as Plaintiff brings (a) claims under the Louisiana Discrimination Law individually against Defendant Caton, and (b) claims for negligent infliction of emotional distress. I t is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is DENIED in all other respects.
