ORDER AND REASONS: ORDERED that the 8 motion to dismiss filed by defendant, Craig LeBouef, is GRANTED and that all of plaintiff's claims against Craig LeBouef are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. FURTHER ORDERED that the 8 motion to dismiss fil ed by defendant, Francis Armand Kouame, is GRANTED with respect to plaintiff's claims for intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, which claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
