Aucoin's Motion to Dismiss for Improper Ser vice (Doc. #37) is GRANTED, and plaintiffs' claims against him are DISMISSED. FURTHER ORDERED that and plaintiffs' claims against Charles S. Becnel, Lawrence J. Babin, John L. Delahay and Elmore Boudreaux are DISMISSED for failure to proper ly serve under Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. FURTHER ORDERED plaintiffs' claims against the St. James Parish Courthouse are DISMISSED, because it is not a juridical entity with the capacity to be sued. FURTHER ORDERED that plai ntiffs' claims against Judge John L. Peytavin and Judge Leon J. Lesueur are DISMISSED under Rule 25(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. FURTHER ORDERED that Judge Ralph Tureau's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #24) is GRANTED, and plaint iffs' claims against him are DISMISSED. FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs' state-law claims against Twister Gas Services LLC, Hallwood Exploration LP, Kenneth Blanchard, Jr. and Tamithia P. Shaw are DISMISSED. FURTHER ORDERED that Kenneth Blanchard, Jr.'s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #7), Twister Gas Services, LLC's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #9) and Tamithia Shaw's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #32) are DISMISSED AS MOOT.
