Plaintiff' s "claims regarding his status as an inmate minister and the allegedly false disciplinary charges le vied by defendant Delaney" are dismissed with prejudice only to Plaintiffs right to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d).
