RULING Adopting the 12 Report and Recommendation of the U.S. Magistrate Judge. The 11 Motion to Remand is GRANTED and the Commissioner's 9/19/2014 decision denying DS's application for supplemental security income is REVERSED and R EMANDED to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Plaintiff's action be DISMISSED, reserving Plaintiff's right to the subsequent timely filing of an application for attorney's fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act. 42 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1 )(B).
