If the Court is un able to find pro bono counsel, the plaintiff will have to prosecute this action pro se. Plaintiff shall continue to prosecute her case pending the Court's search for pro bono counsel. The Clerk shall substitute Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commis sioner of Social Security, as the sole defendant. The Clerk shall issue summons and the United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the summons, complaint, and this order upon the defendant (with copies to the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts and the Attorney General of the United States) as directed by plaintiff with all costs of service to be advanced by the United States.
