Filing 10 Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal: ORDER entered. The Clerk shall add Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, as a defendant. The Clerk shall issue summons as to Acting Commissioner Colvin and the United States Marshal shall serv e a copy of the summons, complaint, consent package, and this Order upon the defendant (with copies to the Attorney General of the United States and the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts) as directed by plaintiff with all costs of service to be advanced by the United States. Should the plaintiff wish to pursue claims against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the Social Security Administration, she must, within thirty-five days, show cause why these defendants should not be dismissed. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Social Security Administration as defendants. (PSSA, 3) |
