October 25, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 71 Chief Judge Patti B. Saris: MEMORANDUM and ORDER entered. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 46 ) is ALLOWED as to Count II against Defendant Sahney, Count III against Defendants Stamps, Workman, Sa hney, and Figueroa, Count V against Omnicare, and Count VI against Omnicare. The motion for summary judgment is DENIED in all other respects. A final pretrial conference will be held on November 27, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. A jury trial is scheduled for December 4, 2017 at 9:00 A.M.
