Judge Michael A Ponsor: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered. As follows: Plaintiff shall comply with Local Rule 81.1 (a) regarding the filing of certified copies of all State Court records, pay the $350.00 removal fee within 21 days of this memo and or der or file a motion for leave to Proceed IFP, within 21 days demonstrate how this Court has removal jurisdiction and should this court have jurisdiction, the claims asserted by Berkshire County Construction, LLC will be subject to dismissal unless a Notice of Appearance is filed by duly licensed counsel on behalf of the corporation.
