It is denied as to Plaintiff's claims for violations of free speech and equal protection under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983. Plaintiff's claims against the following named individual defendants remain pending in their individual capacities: Broomfield, Byrd, Grierson, Cunningham, Redmond, Lennep, Chambers, Joe Chapman, David Chapman, Sims and Parks.
