Filing 10 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION dismissing Plaintiff's habeas corpus claims without prejudice. Plaintiff's Section 1983 claims are dismissed with prejudice as legally frivolous and for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e)(2)(i) and (ii) until the Heck conditions are met. This dismissal will be counted as a "strike." A separate Final Judgment shall be entered.
