MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. (see order for details) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petitions of Antoine King for writ of habeas corpus [# 1 , 14 , 22 ] pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 are DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner's moti on to amend his petition by deleting Ground 8 [# 25 ] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner's motion to appoint counsel [# 23 ] is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner's motion related to a particular trial exhibit [# 16 ] is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner's motion to amend or correct his petition [# 21 ] is DENIED AS MOOT. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner has not made a substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right and this Court will not grant a Certificate of Appealability.
