No. 12 ), Claimants' Motion to Increase Limitation Fund (Doc. No. 26 ), and Plaintiff 's Motion to Dismiss Claimants' Answer (Doc. No. 35 ) are DENIEDwithout prejudice, in accordance with the foregoing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Claimants' Motion to Dissolve Stay and Injunction, with Stipulations (Doc. No. 28 ) is GR ANTED, for the reasons provided herein. Accordingly, theinjunction and stay entered by the Court on September 18, 2012 (Doc. No. 8 ) is DISSOLVED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a stay of entry of judgment and consequent enforcement of any recovery achi eved in a proceeding pending the outcome of this limitation proceeding is entered. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall administratively close this file, which shall be subject to reopening on motion of either party as warranted. IT IS SO ORDERED.
