MEMORANDUM AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is hereby directed to grant Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Default against Defendant pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. [Doc. No . 30.] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within fourteen (14) days of the entry of default, Plaintiff shall file a motion for default judgment, together with all necessary supporting documents. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's motion for more definite statement (Doc. No. 9) and Plaintiff's motions to strike (Doc. No. 29) are DENIED as moot. Signed by District Judge Audrey G.
