IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to amend his complaint Doc. # 7 is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall not issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint because plaintiffs complaint is frivolous and fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motions for temporary restraining order and for replevin Doc. # 4 and # 6 are DENIED.
