MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Plaintiff's application for attorneys fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (Filing 21 ) is granted, but the award shall be in the amount of $5,967.00, as agreed by the parties. (Filings 22 & 23 .) The EAJA fee is payable to Plaintiff as the litigant and may be subject to offset to satisfy any pre-existing debt the litigant may owe to the United States. By separate document, the court shall enter judgment for Plaintiff and against Defendant, providing that Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees of $5,967.00. Ordered by Senior Judge Richard G. Kopf. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - This matter is before me on Plaintiff's unopposed Motion to Extend. (Filing 14 ). In the Motion, Plaintiff asks me to extend the briefing schedule an additional 14 days. (Id.) I will grant the Motion and the briefin g schedule will be extended as set forth below. Accordingly, Plaintiffs Motion to Extend (filing 14 ) is granted. Plaintiff shall file a brief by September 2, 2014; Defendant shall file a brief by October 2, 2014; Plaintiff may file a reply brief by October 16, 2014; and This case shall be ripe for decision on October 17, 2014.
